A: Yes, we have ready stock and you may purchase directly without personalisation. However, since it is free to personalise on one side of the baby bib with your baby’s name, we’d recommend you to fully enjoy this offer. .
A: Once you’ve placed an order with us, it takes 1-3 working days for us to process and ship out. The arrival time depends on the courier lead time and normally it takes 1-3 working days to arrive within West Malaysia, and 7-10 working days to arrive within East Malaysia.
A: Normally we will use Pos Laju as they have the best coverage in Malaysia. Sometimes, we do use J&T and Ninjavan too (subject to the courier’s availability).

A: Yes, you can but it is also subject to our designer’s availability. Please note there will be an extra charge for additional name printing.
A: Our apologies as no return or refund will be provided. This is because our products are personalized with your baby’s name. Thus, please recheck and ensure the name spelling that you type in our order form is correct.
In the event that the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, we do accept a return request and we will redo it for you as a replacement. A: “Buy, Share & Tag”: Once you have bought one (1) piece of Baby Diary’s product (after 1.11.2020), you could share our product on your social media accounts (eg. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, WeChat, etc.) using photos/videos and tag us @my.babydiary. Next, screenshot the sharing and send it to us via email or Instagram DM. You’ll be entitled to a 5% discount (with our special code) for your next purchase.
